This has adopted a new meaning in the past week.
I’m now doing this for mental health AND for someone that’s left us too early. Someone I didn’t know for too long. And someone who definitely thought this was as rando and hilarious as I did. We miss you so much.
I know mental health has been a hard thing to navigate, especially lately SO in February, I will be taking part in Paddle Across The Bay.
Sammy bought me a paddle board for Christmas and I haven’t had a chance to use it as of yet…
I know a lot of people struggle with mental health, and much like myself, go through life raw dogging it.
So in the spirit; that paddle board is going to stay pretty much unused until the big day.
